Live Cooking Show 3
Already the third culinary night took place at the Hotel Tri Studničky on Friday, 18 November. Venison dominated this one. Have a look at the event photos. Excellent chefs- Roman Kováč, Vojto Artz, Anton and Michal Baniar- prepared amazing gastronomic performance full of interesting tastes and unique recipes for 80 guests.
At some points, it reminded of alchemic lab because the chefs were "performing magic" by using the tricks of molecular gastronomy. Pop corn made from the orange juice was the surprise of the night. The guests were cooking, too. They were competing in making the best omelette. It was a hard competition with dramatic point when the restaurant was filled with smoke from the burning pan. Everyone was in suspense whether the fire alarm is going to activate. Eventually, everything came to a happy end, omelettes were good and competitors were awarded interesting cooking books.
Well-known gourmet, Justin Topoľský, was the anchorman of the night with jazz group Hogo Fogo playing and making a pleasant atmosphere. Sommeliers of the Monvin company introduced good wine, too. The top of the night was tombola with the presence of the hotel manager. This pleasant culinary night will definitely have some continuation.
