Our chef Roman Kováč became a winner of the competition “HORECA cooks with professionals” on 4th October 2010. He was a clear winner for the jury among 164 cooks in the competition but his culinary art was awarded also by guests of the super final. This young cook from the Liptov region was working in prestigious hotels in England for the past 4 years, that were awarded also by Michelin stars. He was working for example under the leadership of Peter Gorton (Master chefs of Great Britain), from whom he learned many techniques of cooking and combining ingredients which then create a unique culinary experience.
